MID PENN BANK NAMES JEANNINE CIMINO CHIEF GOVERNMENT BANKING OFFICER
Millersburg, Pa. – August 10, 2026. Mid Penn Bank (the “Bank”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mid Penn Bancorp, Inc. (“Mid Penn”) (NASDAQ: MPB), is pleased to announce that Jeannine Cimino has been named chief government banking officer. In her new role, Cimino will lead the Bank’s government banking strategy, working with municipalities, counties, authorities and other public entities to address their unique banking needs, and will report to Joan Dickinson, chief retail officer and director of treasury services.
Cimino joined Mid Penn Bank in 2025 as regional president for the South Central New Jersey region following the Bank’s acquisition of William Penn Bank. Since that time, she has helped strengthen the Bank’s presence across the region by leading retail and commercial banking initiatives and working closely with customers, businesses and community partners to support their financial needs. Throughout her more than 30-year career in financial services, Cimino has held executive leadership positions with Sovereign Bank, Santander Bank, First Choice Bank, Berkshire Bank and William Penn Bank.

Cimino earned a Bachelor of Science in business management from Brooklyn College. She is actively engaged in her community, serving as chairman of the boards of the Hamilton Partnership, the Princeton Mercer Regional Chamber of Commerce and Ryan’s Quest. In recognition of her professional and community leadership, she has received the Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey Woman of Distinction Award and the RWJ Young Professional of the Year Award. She is also a former Young Audiences DAZZLE champion.
